Taruma 12 Hours Report / Result
The first weekend of the year saw the first endurance race of the year – the 29th edition of the Tarumã 12 Hours, at Porto Alegre in Brazil.

dailysportscar.comSmall prototypes dominated the event, victory going to the #7 Aldee Spyder of the Stedile brothers (seen celebrating, below).

The event started at midnight and finished at noon.

This is the first time that a team not from São Paulo or Porto Alegre has won the event.

Fernando, Edemar and Joacir Stedile only took the lead 30 minutes before the end, but they held on to take the win.
