Merdeka Millennium Endurance Race – Brief Report
Seven hours into this 12 hour event, the Amprex Lamborghini led by a whopping 20 laps, but on lap 180, the rear differential arm on the Murcielago broke, and that was that.

Both Radical SR3s, the Malaysian Porsche 911 GT3-R and the TVR Chimera all retired, leaving victory to Eddie Lew, former Panoz driver Hiroki Katoh and former British F3 driver Farruz Fauzy – in a Honda Civic I-Vtec.

"It has always been my dream to compete in the international championships overseas since I started racing 11 years ago,” commented Lew. “With limited budget, it has always been hard for me. With the Lamborghini around, I must say that we were lucky to win.”

73 cars started the event, the fifth running of the Merdeka Millennium Endurance Race.
