Spa Entry Update
As you might have seen already (in the dsc preview), Binnie Motorsports will not be present at Spa, preferring to delay the European debut of the Lola B05/40 NME until Monza in early July.

“After the Sebring 12 hour race, the team and the car returned to the Lola factory for some significant electrical modifications,“ explains Bill Binnie. “The car requires additional time and rather than rush to get to Spa, we would rather do the job correctly and test in May and June in anticipation for being ready for Monza.”

Driver changes and additions) are focused on GT1, where we now have the following in the BMS Scuderia Italia Ferraris and GNM Saleens:

51 BMS Scuderia Italia Ferrari 550
Christian Pescatori
Michele Bartyan
Toni Seiler

52 BMS Scuderia Italia Ferrari 550
Fabrizio Gollin
Miguel Ramos
Matteo Cressoni

65 Graham Nash Motorsport Saleen S7-R
Rick Sutherland
Gianmaria Gabbiani
Ricky Cole

66 Graham Nash Motorsport Saleen S7-R
Matteo Bobbi
Paolo Ruberti
Stephane Lemeret

So Grand Am partners Gollin and Bobbi are in rival cars this weekend.

"I am very pleased to drive with Matteo and Stephane,” says Paolo Ruberti. “I think we have a strong team. I know of course Matteo well and everyone knows what he has achieved as a driver (2003 FIA GT Champion), and I have heard only good things about Stephane (Lemeret).”

Xero Competition's Ricky Cole raced with GNM at Sebring, and he returns at Spa, in the sister car.

PS: Just in, Alex Caffi has injured himself in a karting accident, so Adam Jones takes over in the T2M Porsche.
