G-Force Courage Unveiled
Frank Hahn, the man behind G-Force Racing, was proud to reveal his brand new Courage C65 Judd, at the Racing Show in Liège today – writes Joost Custers.

dailysportscar.com“At the end of 2004, we decided to get a second car to enter in the 2005 LMES,” said Frank Hahn. “Other options were the Lucchini LMP2 or the Lola B05/40, but after a test in November, we decided to buy the Courage. We will enter this Judd-powered C65 in the LMES series, but we still want to enter our ‘good old’ Pilbeam in the 1000 Km races. I also hope to get the Courage on the grid at Le Mans, this would mean that we will be the first all-Belgian prototype team since the Ferrari 333 SP of Racing for Belgium in 1996. The drivers will be Vall Hillebrand, Loïc Deman and we are still talking to Sylvie Delcour for the remaining seat.”

Whereas Miracle and Belmondo run the AER turbo engine, Frank Hahn is using the 3.4 Judd V8.

“ This engine won the LMP2 class at Le Mans in 2004 so it has proven its reliability and that’s why we choose it for our car,” explains Hahn.

The Pilbeam could be the second G Force car. The car is identical, except for the smaller restrictors, to 2004 spec., and Frank Hahn is looking for drivers wanting to enter the whole LMES.
