No 2MB Project For Le Mans – Yet
Martin Brundle and Mark Blundell were on the stage at the NEC today (Thursday) – mainly to introduce their driver management programme for young drivers.

When asked if they were expecting to race “one of those” (an Aston Martin DBR9) at Le Mans this year, Martin Brundle’s reply was a guarded “possibly”.

“We’re still working on it. We were hoping to put a team together, but we haven’t come up with enough funding.”

At the launch of the DBR9 in November 2004, Brundle said that “we both still have plenty to offer on the track, and with the right car and sponsors, together with David Price, we can build a great team and television programme around this project.”
