Mosler In Leicestershire
While a selection of MT900 road cars were on show at the factory in Norfolk yesterday (November 30), a selection of potential GT3 cusomers were trying the second example of the GT3 Class car at Donington Park.

Danny Berk of Prosports Racing in Germany brought along four drivers, all of whom had had their attention drawn to the Mosler thanks to the first car having been exhibited at the recent show in Cologne.

Stephan Herter, Andre and Remo Lips and (a familiar name this one) Fredy Lienhard Jnr. all tried the car, as did a fifth man, Martin Matzke. All of them are interested in racing cars in the European GT3 Championship.

"We have taken deposits," comments Martin Short, "and things are really gathering pace now."

Meanwhile, there will be four Moslers on display at the Essen Show (which starts today, December 1).

Martin Short will be meeting representatives of Zakspeed there this morning.

"After the Cologne Show, the first GT3 car was taken to Zakspeed's workshop so they could have a close look at it," explains Martin Short.

Today's meeting with Zakspeed should see contracts signed for the sale of another GT3 car - all subject to the FIA's approval of the car for GT3 racing, a decision which is due on December 9.
