More Spa Entry News
Today's main news is the Duller BMW disappearing from the entry list. The team had engine worries with the new car, so its international debut has been postponed. The Beliën team, Touring Champions with a BMW in the 2004 and 2005 Belcar Championship, has plans to race an identical car in August’s Belcar 24 hours of Zolder.

This also means that Dieter Quester, Marc Duez, Dirk Werner and Fred Bouvy will have to look for another team. The latter already has, and he will run in the Corvette C6.R of PSI Experience. His team mates will be Jos Menten, double French FFSA-GT champion Patrick Bornhauser and former Chrysler works driver Jean-Philippe Belloc. Markus Palttala, Pertti Kuismanen, Vincent Radermecker and Bernard Delhez will race the team’s C5-R.

Also disappearing is the #106 Verbist Porsche 996 GT3-RS. Maxime Soulet has switched to SRT and the other drivers might look for a seat in another team.

Jean-François Hemroulle will join Prospeed in the Belgian Porsche 996 GT3-RS. Rudi Penders and Franz Lamot are the regulars in this car, actually second in class 2 in Belcar.
