Bucharest Delayed A Week
The Bucharest FIA GT race has been postponed a week, from the end of September to October 6-8.

This is the race that was originally scheduled to be at the start of the 2006 season.

The race meeting has been put back a week because September 26-28 will see the Romanian capital host the Francophonie Summit, a gathering of 60 heads of state. It will be the largest political gathering in Bucharest’s history.

A week later, the organizers will be hoping to see 90,000 spectators gather to watch the FIA GT race, round 8 of the 2006 Championship.

It's Brno next weekend (May 26-28), and Peter Kox pops up on the entry list in a Reiter Lamborghini, while Phil Bennett replaces Chris Niarchos for this race, at Scuderia Ecosse. Preview and entry list early next week.

Now we find that Peter Kox is racing the B-Racing Lamborghini, with Christophe Bouchut and Norbert Walchhofer..
