Creation – Planning Two ALMS Races
”It is our intention to enter both races (Laguna Seca and Petit Le Mans),” explains Creation Autosportif team owner Mike Jankowski this morning – on the Eurostar, heading to Le Mans.

“We’re in the process of doing the paperwork, and we’ve spoken to Scott Atherton about it. We have every intention of being there.”

So that’s as clear as it can be: North America will see the little DBA-Zytek racing this season, and Nurburgring pole sitter Nic Minsassian seems certain to drive.

On the subject of the possibility of Le Mans winner Guy Smith driving, Jankowski commented that “we’re talking to his agent. It’s subject to budget, but we’d like to have him in the car.”

Mike Jankowski will be driving his Ligier at Le Mans this weekend, with regular partner Bobby Verdon-Roe. “There should be 360 cars there: we’re going to have a great weekend.”

With two more lined up in California / Georgia at the end of the season too.

Minassian is pictured leading the two Audi Sport UK Team Veloqx R8s at the Nurburgring.
