Zabinski Returns To Drive The Lotus
We already had Damien Faulkner and Jay Cochran listed in the Lotus GT1 at Sebring - but now we have the news that Ed Zabinski is the third driver in this car.

dailysportscar.comZabinski raced his own Team Cascadia Lola B98 / 10 (right) in the 1999 ALMS - the car first listed for Sebring, with a BMW engine, to be driven by Zabinski / Shane Lewis / Vic Rice. It was a DNS there, and also at Sears Point, by which time it was Chevy-powered.

The car's only race was at Portland, where it covered 113 laps, before going out with gearbox trouble.

Oddly, the Lola is younger than the Team Elite Lotus GT1.

Team Elite has announced a tie-up with a new, state-of-the-art, motorsport facility in British Columbia - The Active Mountain Raceway. It will be used during the Elise GTP's test and development programme.

Team Elite's headquarters are in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, while its technical base is in Tavares, Florida.
